Stop Calling Women “Females”
We don’t call men “males”
I was watching a true-crime documentary the other day, and a police officer kept referring to one of the male killer’s victims as a “ young female.” And it really started to irritate me, so much so that I told him to stop calling her that; he didn’t listen. And neither did my husband; he didn’t see the issue with him referring to her as a female.
